Seven (7) enterprises assisted by the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board-XIII (RTWPB-XIII) received financial assistance under the Department of Labor and Employment-Adjustment Measures Program (DOLE-AMP) in a turnover ceremony on 09 June 2026. 

The recipients include Citrus Hill Plantation, Good Stuff General Merchandise, GQ9 Multisales, Highground Café, Oteaza Bistro, RJ Health Drugmart Enterprises, and Southway College of Technology. 

Meanwhile, DOLE also turned over financial assistance to seven other MSMEs namely Isabelo’s Westhighlands Restaurant, A-Martina Construction and Supply, and Isla Haruhay Resort OPC. 

During the signing ceremony, DOLE Caraga Regional Director Atty. Jason P. Balais commended the business owners for their proactive cooperation in meeting the stringent program requirements.  

He emphasized that the DOLE AMP is specifically tailored to empower the formal sector, transform micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and ultimately stimulate local job generation. 

RTWPB Board Secretary VI Earl D. dela Victoria echoed these sentiments, expressing appreciation to both DOLE Caraga and the beneficiaries for their sustained partnership in driving regional productivity. 

The DOLE Adjustment Measures Program of DOLE serves as a safety-net initiative by the DOLE that provides financial assistance to MSMEs and workers. It aims to preserve jobs, boost productivity, and improve resilience against economic and social disruptions 

Since the program’s rollout in 2024, the RTWPB Caraga has successfully facilitated the release of DOLE AMP assistance to a total of 61 MSMEs across the region– 16 proponents in 2024, 38 proponents in 2025, and  seven proponents this year, the majority of which are recognized past winners of Productivity Olympics.
