Education Completion of two-years of studies in college (prior to 2018) OR
Completion of Grade 12/Senior High School (starting 2016)
Experience 1 year of relevant experience
Training 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility Relevant MC 11 s. 1996 / Career Service (Subprofessional) / First Level Eligibility

Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
  1. Screens, attends to callers, clients and refers to appropriate office/divisions and makes appointments for concerned Directors;
  2. Maintains confidential records;
  3. Encodes correspondence, reports and other documents;
  4. Answers simple correspondence;
  5. Takes dictation and minutes of the meetings;
  6. Confirms/coordinates and schedules the Director’s appointments/meetings;
  7. Encodes correspondence, reports, and other documents;
  8. Transmits/receives all kinds of messages;
  9. Updates the schedule of activities;
  10. Prepares liquidation, reimbursement of documents of the Director.

  5. Hard copy or electronic copy of proof of trainings attended;
  6. Hard copy or electronic copy of proof of eligibility/rating/license; and
  7. Hard copy or electronic copy of Transcript of Records.
