Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
  1. Performs researches on specific subject matter for accurate information;
  2. Drafts messages for the Head of Agency;
  3. Reviews statistics and other informative materials submitted for publication;
  4. Assists in the preparation of press/ radio releases;
  5. Helps in printing and proofreading of official publication;
  6. Reviews daily news clippings and prepares report thereon;
  7. Prepares report of press releases published in newspapers;
  8. Coordinates with media and Labor Information Officers (LIOs);
  9. Helps in reading and evaluating manuscripts and checking illustrations;
  10. Gathers publication materials (e.g. wages, income, productivity, etc.) for the information of the general public; and
  11. Performs other functions as may be assigned.

  3. Hard copy or electronic copy of Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
  4. Certificate of Employment (specifying duties and responsibilities performed);
  5. Hard copy or electronic copy of proof of trainings attended;
  6. Hard copy or electronic copy of proof of eligibility/rating/license; and
  7. Hard copy or electronic copy of Transcript of Records.
