Minimum wage earners in Caraga Region will begin receiving the second tranche of their wage increase on 01 May 2026.
Under Wage Order No. RXIII-20, published by the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board-XIII (Caraga) on 18 December 2025, private sectors workers in the region will get wage increases implemented in two tranches.
The first tranche of P20 took effect on 03 January 2026, while the remaining P20 will be granted starting 01 May 2026.
Upon implementation of all tranches, this increase will bring the minimum wage to ₱475 for the non-agriculture, agriculture, service/retail, and manufacturing sectors, equivalent to ₱12,390 per month.
Board Secretary VI Earl dela Victoria reminded the employers to strictly comply with the new minimum wage and likewise urged employees to report establishments not following the current Wage Order.
