  3. BIR issuances
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
  1. Reviews and checks journals and ledgers of all financial transactions and ascertains whether accounting rules and regulations are observed;
  2. Generates/ prepares trial balance, financial statements and other financial reports of the organization;
  3. Verifies the availability of funds and the correctness of the bank reconciliation statements;
  4. Reviews schedule of remittances, payables, and other accounting entries;
  5. Implements existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations; and
  6. Prepares Journal Entry Vouchers.
