Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
  1. Encodes communications, reports and other documents;
  2. Ensures the availability of supplies and materials of the unit/division;
  3. Acts as records custodian of the division;
  4. Acts as secretary during the division’s meetings and trainings;
  5. Performs other functions as may be assigned;
