Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
  1. Assists in the preparation of documents related to procurement of office supplies/ materials and equipment and for repairs and maintenance of the office vehicles/ equipment;
  2. Renders assistance during the conduct of annual inventory of office equipment/ properties and monthly inventory of office supplies;
  3. Conducts canvass of prices of requested supplies, office equipment, and among others, as may be required;
  4. Provides administrative support to the division;
  5. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
