Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
  1. Screens, attends to callers, clients, and refers to appropriate office/divisions and makes appointments for concerned Directors;
  2. Maintains confidential records;
  3. Encodes correspondence, reports and other documents;
  4. Answers simple correspondence;
  5. Takes dictation and transcribes shorthand notes of meetings;
  6. Confirms/ coordinates and schedules the Director’s appointments/ meetings;
  7. Encodes correspondence, reports, and other documents.
