Education Completion of two (2) years studies in college
Experience One (1) year of relevant experience

Common Knowledge and Skills

  1. Labor standards and updates
  2. CSC policies and standards

Basic Knowledge and Skills

  1. Advanced mathematical skills
  2. Basic accounting procedures
  3. Basic computer knowledge

Core Knowledge and Skills

  1. COA and DBM Issuances
  2. Updates on BIR issuances
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
  1. Prepares disbursement vouchers and liquidation reports;
  2. Prepares Monthly Report/ Remittances to GSIS, HDMF, PhilHealth, BIR, NHM Corp., and EA;
  3. Prepares Annual Reports to BIR (Supplier/Clients);
  4. Prepares Certificate of Tax Withheld (Supplier/ Clients); and
  5. Prepares Individual Request for Certification of Premiums and Loans.
