  1. Updates on the disposition of records
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
  1. Classifies official records and documents;
  2. Assumes full responsibility for the custody and safekeeping of official records and documents;
  3. Authenticates copies of documents and/or records;
  4. Establishes and maintains an active continuing program for management, preparation and disposition of records;
  5. Handles a functional phase of office programs, including correspondence related to the record management in accordance with the established policy; and
  6. Such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Supervisor.

  6. Photocopy of Transcript of Records.
