Qualification Standards:
Education Master’s Degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC
Experience Five (5) years of supervisory/management experience
Training One hundred twenty (120) hours of managerial training
Eligibility Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility or RA 1080 (Bar/Board)

Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
  1. Directs, coordinates, and supervises the formulation and implementation of policies, standards and programs in the areas of human resource development, financial management, and legal services and administrative services;
  2. Provides consultative and advisory service to NWPC officials in reaching out substantive decision on matters relating to the abovementioned services;
  3. Assists the Deputy Executive Director in undertaking technical and administrative supervision over the Commission and RTWPB Secretariats;
  4. Reviews the studies and researches made relative to legal, administrative, and financial concerns;
  5. Reviews the decisions/resolutions, letter replies and other actions of the Review, Appeals and Legal Division;
  6. Reviews, evaluates, and recommends plans and programs on administrative, legal and financial matters;
  7. Renders general supervision and evaluates performance of the staff; and
  8. Maintains linkages with other offices of the Department and other external entities.
