Master’s Degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC
Five (5) years of supervisory/management experience
One hundred twenty (120) hours of managerial training

Directs the formulation of policy guidelines and standards on the promotion of productivity, gainsharing, and other related areas;
Oversees the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of advocacy materials and strategies on productivity improvements and gainsharing training programs/ courses;
Oversees the development, formulation and implementation of planning framework as basis in formulating the NWPC/RBs strategic and annual work and financial plans;
Directs the development and implementation of information system plan to facilitate service delivery and communication strategies and plans to promote the NWPC programs and projects;
Networks and collaborates with partners and stakeholders in the exercise of its functions;
Renders general supervision and evaluates performance of the staff; and
Maintains linkages with other offices of the Department and other external entities.
