Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
  1. Delivers communications/ packages of the NWPC;
  2. Checks the completeness/appropriateness of addresses of communications; and
  3. Safeguards communications/packages of the NWPC under his custody from loss or damage.

  3. Service Record/Certificate of Employment (specifying duties and responsibilities performed).
  4. Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
  5. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license
  6. Photocopy of Transcript of Records.
