  1. Records Management
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
  1. Encodes communications, reports, speeches, etc. which need documentation;
  2. Processes and organizes computer files and data;
  3. Establishes data processing standards, procedures and techniques of computer files management;
  4. Generates special reports/ specific data requirements needed by the office and clientele; and
  5. Performs such other functions as may be assigned.

  5. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license;
  6. Photocopy of Transcript of Records; and
  7. Photocopy of training certificates.
