The RTWPB-XII and the National Conciliation and Mediation Board XII held a training on Productivity-Based Incentive Schemes (PBIS) and an orientation on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as part of its Area-Wide Convergence on 17-18 June 2025 in General Santos City. Final tranche of wage hike to benefit Region XII retail and service workers

Minimum wage earners from the retail and service sectors in Soccsksargen received the P10-adjustment, increasing their daily minimum wage to P430 effective June 1, 2025.
