Qualification Standards:
Education Master’s Degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC
Experience 4 years of supervisory/ management experience
Training 40 hours of supervisory/ management learning and development intervention

Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
  1. Oversees the design and development of productivity training programs;
  2. Develops productivity training program designs;
  3. Supervises the pilot-testing of training programs and conduct Training of Trainers for Regional Boards (RBs) on use/delivery of productivity training programs;
  4. Acts as resource person on productivity training programs;
  5. Supervises the provision of technical assistance to the RBs on the delivery of training programs;
  6. Directs the crafting of guidelines on the use and delivery of training programs;
  7. Oversees the review of RBs training programs evaluation;
  8. Assists the Director in establishing linkages and networking on latest productivity training technologies and capacity building on delivery of training programs;
  9. Exercises general supervision and evaluates all activities and outputs of training staff.

  6. Hard copy or electronic copy of proof of eligibility/rating/license; and
  7. Hard copy or electronic copy of Transcript of Records.
