IRR OF WAGE ORDER RBX DW-01 APPROVED

DOLE Secretary Silvestre H. Bello approved the Implementing Rules and Regulation of Wage Order No. RBX DW-01 on December 12, 2017.

The IRR includes provisions on the new monthly minimum wage rates for domestic workers, and mode and frequency of payment of wages, among others.

Wage Order No. RBX DW-01, which took effect on December 6, 2017, set the monthly minimum wage at P3,000 for domestic workers in chartered cities and first class municipalities; and P 2,000 for other municipalities.
