Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
  1. Integrates, analyzes and interprets data based on studies conducted relevant to labor policies and administration on the Division’s areas of concern;
  2. Prepares and/or drafts technical documents policy review papers, project proposals information materials and reports of the organization;
  3. Studies labor laws, rules, policies and guidelines and prepares preliminary recommendations;
  4. Initiates/recommends proposed programs and projects related to the organization’s area of concern;
  5. Gathers information relevant to the conduct of programs and projects on the organization’s areas of concern;
  6. Assists lower level analysts and researchers in the conduct of surveys and/or analysis of project proposals;
  7. Prepares periodic and special reports.

  3. Hard copy or electronic copy of Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
  4. Certificate of Employment (specifying duties and responsibilities performed);
  5. Hard copy or electronic copy of proof of trainings attended;
  6. Hard copy or electronic copy of proof of eligibility/rating/license; and
  7. Hard copy or electronic copy of Transcript of Records.
