Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
  1. Assist in the development and deployment of training materials;
  2. Coordinate training requirements and provide support staff function in the conduct of training;
  3. Assist in the preparation of training reports;
  4. Assist in the provision of technical assistance on training;
  5. Monitor/review evaluation of RB training programs.

  3. Hard copy or electronic copy of Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
  4. Certificate of Employment (specifying duties and responsibilities performed);
  5. Hard copy or electronic copy of proof of trainings attended;
  6. Hard copy or electronic copy of proof of eligibility/rating/license; and
  7. Hard copy or electronic copy of Transcript of Records.
