Supervising Labor and Employment Officer Emilia T. De Guzman from the Bureau of Working Conditions discussed general labor standards while Atty. Florence P. Daquioag from DOLE Legal Service discussed effective investigation techniques, principles of due process, and conduct of proper investigation.
