TOPIC DESCRIPTION:
This learning session discusses how to achieve a balance between gender equality and social inclusion within establishments. Gender Equality is about changing the norms and expectations about female and male roles to encourage balanced power distribution within establishments. Social Inclusion involves improving the ability, opportunity, and dignity of people who are disadvantaged based on their identity to participate and be productive in society.
