The Manila Manpower Development Center conducted a hands-on workshop on native delicacy making such as puto, kutchinta and pichi-pichi for employees of NWPC and RTWPB-NCR at the NWPC Conference Room on May 9, 2018.

The activity is part of the agency’s welfare programs, especially for employees nearing retirement and for senior citizens.
