RTWPB XII conducted Service Quality training to employees of Socomedics Medical Center on January 18, 2019 in Koronadal City.

The training aimed to enhance workforce knowledge and skills in providing “error-free” service to its clients. Topics discussed were basic concepts and principles of service quality, approaches in creating “error-free” service, error recovery, communication, and teamwork for quality service.
