Two more enterprises assisted by the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board-XIII (RTWPB-XIII) received financial grant under the DOLE Adjustment Measures Program (DOLE AMP) in a turnover ceremony held at the DOLE Caraga Conference in Butuan City on 20 August 2026.

Amamio Farm Products, a 2025 Productivity Olympics national winner, and Tabon Secondary Teachers and Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative (TASETEMCO), a 2025 Productivity Olympics National Nominee and two-time Regional Winner, each received Php400,000 to support their enterprise’s business enhancement and adaptation measures, strengthen its resilience, and improve its productivity and competitiveness.

Atty. Jason P. Balais, DOLE Caraga Regional Director, congratulated the enterprise owners who received the financial assistance.

RD Balais emphasized that it is the directive of DOLE Secretary Francis N. Tolentino to also help employers to ensure that their businesses continue to thrive and flourish.

To date, a total of nine enterprises have been assisted by RTWPB-XIII this year, including four Productivity Olympics winners.

DOLE AMP Focal Lilian Solis, RTWPB Caraga representatives, Atty. Lorainne Sacote and Cornelius Mahinay were also present during the turnover ceremony.

The DOLE AMP serves as a safety-net initiative by the DOLE that provides financial assistance to MSMEs and workers. It aims to preserve jobs, boost productivity, and improve resilience against economic and social disruptions. (Atty. Lorainne Sacote)
