The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board – IV A (RTPWB – IV A) conducted a Productivity 101 Orientation to more than 200 employees of Ponderosa Leather Goods participated to help improve their work efficiency, teamwork, and overall productivity last 04 May 2026 at the Ponderosa Building in Antipolo City, Province of Rizal.
The activity was facilitated by Mr. Gener C. Rivera, Information Technology Officer I and Head Trainer of Productivity of RTWPB – IV A. Participants included both management staff and glove sewers from different production lines, showing the company’s strong commitment to developing all its employees.
During the orientation, employees learned about the important role of management in guiding daily operations, as well as how workers can contribute by being more efficient, disciplined, and cooperative. Mr. Rivera explained that when management and employees work well together, it leads to better product quality, happier customers, and lower costs.
Through this initiative, Ponderosa Leather Goods continues to encourage a culture where employees take responsibility, work productively, and support one another across all levels of the organization. (Ma. Khelly Ann Victoriano)
