2022 NWPC Learning Sessions kicks off

Having successful ran 17 online sessions attended by 1,822 participants of which 75% gave the highest satisfaction rating in 2021, NWPC is ready to conduct its 2022 series of online learning sessions.

 

The series kicked off with a lecture on “Unlocking Productivity through Self-Care and Work Life Balance”, conducted via Zoom on February 24, 2022. The lecture was based on the Productivity Toolbox’s “Work Life Balance Leading to Productivity”, with Ms. Maria Rosa D. Opis, Senior Labor and Employment Officer of the Training and Technical Services Division as resource speaker. It was attended by 145 participants from different MSMEs nationwide.

 

Work Life Balance is a term commonly used to describe the balance that a working individual needs between time allocated for work and other aspects of life such as personal interests, family and social or leisure activities.

 

NWPC’s learning sessions are part of the agency’s services that are intended to help MSMEs improve their capability and motivate their workers to adopt productivity technologies for continuous improvement towards enterprise development and growth.
