RTWPB IX conducted a two-day successive online training on Social Media Marketing and Service Quality for the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises(MSMEs) in Zamboanga Peninsula, on September 20and 21, 2021 via Zoom.
The Social Media Marketing training was attended by39 participants from various MSMEs in the region. The webinar gave participants a basic guide on starting and growing their online business. The MSMEs were also taught different ways to earn online, online business models, platforms to use for online business, and tips to become a more productive e-entrepreneurs.
The training on Service Quality was attended by another batch of MSMEs comprising 50 participants. The webinar talked about pandemic-proofing customer relations service, focusing on the concept of service quality, understanding customers’ needs in times of pandemic, and the HEART Framework in customer service.
The productivity trainings were spearheaded by Board Secretary Joel M. Ijirani and facilitated by the RTWPB IX staff.
