DOLE’s 86th Founding Anniversary

The National Wages and Productivity Commission joined the 86th founding anniversary of the Department of Labor and Employment at Santa Rosa Multi-Purpose Complex on December 6, 2019.


Ms. Faye Kim Torres Wee of RTWPB XII performed her winning entry to the theme song writing contest.  The Workers’ Protection and Internal Audit Cluster where NWPC is part of, also won 2nd place in the DOLE inter-cluster dance contest. Mr. Christopher F. Rodriguez and Ms. Krismy Caramillo of NWPC joined OSHC, IAS, and OSEC in the dance group.


Also part of the celebration was the launching of the advocacy efforts of the Workers’ Protection and Internal Audit Cluster spearheaded by OIC-Usec Joji V. Aragon.


With the theme “Patuloy sa Mahusay, Mabilis at Malinis na Serbisyo,” the celebration highlighted the Deparment’s facilitation of 22,000 local and overseas employment opportunities in seven (7) regional sites.
