Meanwhile, workers in non-agricultural establishments in Cotabato City and the Special Geographic Area were granted a P341 minimum wage.

For agricultural establishments, the new minimum wage is P306 in the provinces of Maguindanao, Lanao del Sur, Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi and the cities of Marawi and Lamitan while P316 in Cotabato City and the Special Geographic Area.

Under the Bangsamoro Administrative Code (Bangsamoro Autonomous Act No. 13), the BTWPB is mandated to determine and fix the minimum wage rates applicable in the Bangsamoro Region.
