NWPC held its first webinar on May 28, 2020 entitled “Business Continuity in Times of Disruption.” It is the first in a series of webinars on “Unlocking Workforce Productivity Amid Disruption.” Ms. Jourdane P. Hornilla and Ms. Raine Margarita Garcia served as resource persons on Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in the New Normal, Re-configuring Systems and Processes and its Impact, and HR Initiatives: From Disruption to Recovery.

The first webinar in this series talked about the concept, principles and importance of BCPs, applying BCPs to mitigate disruption and unlock workforce productivity, and employee engagement during BCP and as companies move to a new work normal.
