RB CARAGA CONDUCTS ORIENTATION IN SURIGAO

RTWPB Caraga in coordination with DOLE Agusan del Norte and Surigao del Norte conducted an orientation on the Productivity Toolbox, wage-related statistics, and performance incentive schemes to 170 MSMEs on March 26, 2018 at Alberto’s Bed & Dine in Butuan City and March 27, 2018 at Phil. Gateway Hotel in Surigao City.

In his welcome message, Board Secretary Earl D. Dela Victoria emphasized the importance of productivity in the success of every business. Meanwhile, Regional Director and RTWPB Chairperson Chona M. Mantilla urged the participants to avail of the different programs and services of the RTWPB.

Guest resource persons Ms. Maria Praxedes Peña, Chief of Wage Policy and Research Division of NWPC discussed the various wage-related statistics and productivity incentives schemes while Ms. Julie Llorente, Senior Labor and Employment Officer oriented the participants on the Productivity Toolbox.
