RTWPB-Caraga conducted a series of Service Quality training to Wing – On Incorporated and its sister companies from February to March 2018 in Langihan, Butuan City.

More than 300 workers from its different departments and units participated in the training with the goal of enhancing workforce knowledge and skills in providing “error-free” service to its clients. Topics during the training included basic concepts and principles of service quality, approaches in creating “error free” service, error recovery, communication, and teamwork for quality service.
