RTWPB-VIII held its e-Kapihan Session entitled “Productivity, Compensation Packages that supports Employment Preservation & Business Continuity in time of COVID” on November 25, 2020 via Zoom.

Invited speakers were 2020 ASEAN Business Awardee from Laguna and owner of 3D Packaging Corporation, Ms. Jaie F. Ador and owner of Eva Marie Arts and Crafts, Ms. Eva Maria Adona-Yu. They shared tips on how to make business resilient during disruption. The session aimed to show that maintaining high business productivity and providing good compensation to employees are keys to survival and growth.
