The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board XI awarded the Seal of Recognition for Service Quality (SQ) and for Implementing Productivity Based Incentive Schemes to 10 firms at the DOLE-XI Activity Center, Dacudao Avenue, Davao City on December 27, 2017.
Awarded the Seal of Recognition for Service Quality and for being compliant with labor laws and rules were Paradise Island Park and Beach Resort, Hotel Uno, Sunny Point Hotel, Bagobo House Hotel, Microtel by Wyndham Davao, North Zen Basic Spaces Hotel and Regency Inn.
Meanwhile, Koki Food International-Administrative Unit, Federation of Cooperatives in Mindanao (FEDCO) and Snap Snax Ventures were also recognized for implementing productivity/performance based incentives schemes.
