BAGUIO CITY – The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board – Cordillera Administrative Region (RTWPB-CAR) conducted a productivity training titled “Advancing Productivity via Organizational Development” on 10 June 2026 at Paragon Suites (Fortune Hotel), bringing together a total of 28 micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) owners and private sector employees.
The activity aimed to strengthen workplace productivity by enhancing participants’ understanding of organizational development and its role in improving workplace performance and organizational effectiveness.
The first part of the training was facilitated by Atty. Myrene A. Bosleng, RTWPB-CAR Board Secretary, who discussed the Introduction to Organizational Development, highlighting its basic concepts, purpose, and importance in fostering efficient and adaptable organizations.
Meanwhile, Atty. Carolina Lim-Gamban, Attorney IV, handled the second and third parts of the session, focusing on the Phases and Categories of Organizational Development and Designing and Implementing an Organizational Development Strategy.
Participants gained practical knowledge on developing workplace systems and strategies to support productivity improvement.
RTWPB-CAR continues to promote productivity enhancement among enterprises and workers toward sustainable growth and improved workplace practices.
