The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board–XIII conducted a Service Quality Training for employees of a wholesale and retail trade company in Butuan City on 07 July 2026.

Wing-On Incorporated, a company whose facilities include a supermarket, pharmacy, and general merchandise store located in Butuan City, is a long-time partner and participant of productivity training conducted by RTWPB-XIII.

In his message, RTWPB-XIII Board Secretary VI Earl D. dela Victoria thanked the management for their continuous support to the training and programs of the regional wage board.

“To the employees attending here today, may you always keep in mind what you will learn, especially that you are the front liners of the store,” BS dela Victoria added.

The one-day training was conducted by Board Secretary dela Victoria, Atty. Lorainne Sacote, Attorney IV, Cornelius Mahinay, Supervising Labor and Employment Officer (LEO), and Mr. Eric Descartin, LEO III.
