The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board – I (RTWPB-I) successfully conducted a training on “An Approach to a Productive Career Choice and Work Ethics of Productive Workers” for graduating students of Saint Columban’s College on 21 April 2026.
The activity aimed to strengthen students’ awareness of productivity and guide them in making informed and meaningful career decisions.
The training was facilitated by Mr. Dino Dizon, Labor and Employment Officer II of RTWPB-I. He emphasized that choosing a productive career is not only about getting a good job, but also about achieving personal and professional growth. He also highlighted that being ethical in the workplace earns the highest form of respect from colleagues.
The activity was attended by students from the College of Education and College of Business Administration, along with their Dean, Dr. Barbara Sonia Fernandez, and faculty members. (Fredilyn M. Alag)
