The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board – I (RTWPB-I), successfully conducted the “ISTIV Values for Smarter and Productive Workforce” Training held on 17 June 2026, at the Lorma Colleges, San Fernando City, La Union. The training is part of the continuing capacity-building initiatives of Lorma Colleges Inc. for its faculty and staff. 

The training was delivered through morning and afternoon sessions to ensure uninterrupted school operations while maximizing employee participation. Ms. Sarah Marie Michelle P. Villamil, Senior Labor and Employment Officer, and Ms. Fredilyn M. Alag, Administrative Assistant, served as the resource persons, facilitating active discussions with the participants. 

At the end of the training, Ms. Elizabeth Suriben-Paredes, Director of Personnel and Administration Services of Lorma Colleges Inc., conveyed the institution’s appreciation of the ISTIV Values training.  

She emphasized that the training served as a timely reminder for the faculty and staff to continuously enhance their performance by emulating positive work values in delivering quality education and services to their clients and stakeholders.  

ISTIV provides a values-driven human resource intervention for quality and productivity improvement by developing five key attributes in employees: Industrious, Systematic, Time-conscious, Innovative, and a strong Value for Work.
