RTWPB-I Trains MSMEs on Employee Onboarding and Organizational Development

The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board-I (RTWPB-I) successfully conducted training sessions entitled “Hired and Inspired: Jumpstarting Productivity through Effective Onboarding of New Employees and Advancing Productivity through Organizational Development” to 18 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) last 10 July 2026.

The session on Hired and Inspired: Jumpstarting Productivity through Effective Onboarding of New Employees was facilitated by Atty. Judi Khenn C. Faustino-Mojica, Atty. IV, who discussed the importance of a strategic onboarding process in helping new employees integrate into the organization, from an outsider to an insider, understand workplace expectations, and become productive members of their respective teams.

Through interactive discussions and practical insights, participants learned strategies for building a positive employee experience from the start of their employment.

Meanwhile, the Organizational Development session was facilitated by Mr. Dino S. Dizon, LEO II, who emphasized the significance of accepting changes, continuous learning, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness.

He highlighted that all members of the organizations play a crucial role in fostering development in organizational culture and environment. With all participants actively completing the training, it reaffirmed the agency’s commitment to investing in its people and fostering a productive workplace.

The Hired and Inspired: Jumpstarting Productivity through Effective Onboarding of New Employees training provides a clear and practical guide to effective employee onboarding, explains why it matters for productivity and retention, and details the design and implementation of a structured onboarding process.

Meanwhile, Advancing Productivity via Organization Development explains the concept, phases, and categories of organization development (OD) and equips participants in designing and implementing appropriate OD strategies to improve enterprise productivity. (Judi Khenn C. Faustino-Mojica)
