The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board Region II (RTWPB – II) successfully conducted a firm-level training on “Better Mental Health, Better Productivity” at Rafael General Hospital, Tuguegarao City on 21 April 2026.

The activity aimed to promote mental well-being in the workplace and highlight the strong link between employees’ mental health and overall productivity, especially in high-demand sectors such as healthcare.

The training was facilitated by Atty. Winnie Joy Talamayan-Ferrer, Supervising Labor and Employment Officer, and Ms. Shayne Naree T. Beltran, Labor and Employment Officer III, who shared valuable insights, practical strategies, and policy perspectives to help foster a mentally healthy and productive work environment.
