RTWPB-II Conducts Service Quality Training for Mila-Vic Ventures Corporation
The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board – II (RTWPB-II) conducted a Firm-Level Training on Service Quality and Building Customer Advocacy for Mila-Vic Ventures Corporation on 24 July 2026, in Ramon, Isabela, reinforcing its commitment to helping enterprises improve productivity and service excellence.
The training gathered 63 participants from Mila-Vic’s various branches throughout Region II, primarily composed of sales personnel and mechanics who regularly interact with customers and provide technical and after-sales support services.
The activity commenced with a discussion on the Basic Concepts of Productivity facilitated by Ms. Angelie C. Taborico, followed by Service Quality and Building Customer Advocacy, facilitated by Mr. Francis Joseph M. Reyes.
Mr. Reyes emphasized the importance of customer satisfaction measurement as a vital management tool for understanding customer perceptions and identifying opportunities for improvement. He highlighted that customer feedback serves as a valuable source of information that helps organizations refine their products, services, and business processes.
“As Mila-Vic continues to grow its presence across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, maintaining consistent and high-quality customer service becomes even more critical,” Reyes explained. He encouraged the company to leverage customer relations by strengthening customer engagement, enhancing after-sales support, and effectively responding to customer concerns to build lasting relationships and customer loyalty.
Participants were also introduced to the CLEAR Method, a practical framework for handling service failures and customer complaints. The approach equips employees with strategies for managing customer concerns professionally, resolving issues effectively, and turning service recovery efforts into opportunities for strengthening customer relationships.
One of the participants, Mr. Roldan R. Castillo of the Mila-Vic Tuguegarao City Branch, shared his appreciation for the training.
“The CLEAR Method in handling errors in customer relations is needed to better our service. It provides a practical approach in addressing customer concerns and helps us become more responsive and customer-focused in our work,” Castillo said.
Through the training, participants gained valuable insights into delivering quality service, building customer advocacy, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
