As part of its ongoing assistance to public transport operators, the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board IV-A (RTWPB IV-A) met with representatives of JAM Liner Inc. last 08 July 2026 to discuss the implementation of the Public Utility Bus (PUB) Compensation Scheme. The activity forms part of the Board’s efforts to help transport operators comply with labor standards governing compensation in the public transport sector.

During the discussion, RTWPB IV-A provided guidance on the proper implementation of the compensation scheme and discussed how it aligns with existing labor standards and transport policies.

The discussion also served as a venue for both parties to exchange information on the practical application of the compensation scheme within the company’s operations.
