Calamba City, Laguna – The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board IV-A (RTWPB IV-A) underwent its ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit on 19 March 2026 as part of its ongoing efforts to maintain quality service.

The audit was facilitated by Ms. Jean Laquitao of TUV Rheinland Philippines, Inc. (TUVR), with Mr. John Rowen Rubite of the National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) present as observer. The activity forms part of the Board’s ongoing effort to ensure that its Quality Management System (QMS) remains aligned with international standards.

Throughout the audit, RTWPB IV-A’s processes and services were reviewed to ensure that they continue to meet the standards set under ISO 9001:2015. This served as an opportunity for the Board to identify areas for further improvement while reinforcing practices that support operational excellence.
