RTWPB-MIMAROPA equips enterprises through Productivity Toolbox training series
The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board-IVB (MIMAROPA) successfully conducted a series of free productivity trainings for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) throughout April 2026 at RWTPB-MIMAROPA in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, reinforcing its commitment to promoting productivity improvement, workplace efficiency, and sustainable business growth in the region.
The training series under the Productivity Toolbox equipped MSME owners, managers, and supervisors with practical strategies and management tools aimed at enhancing organizational performance, service quality, financial sustainability, and employee engagement.
The training series commenced on April 15, 2026, with the session entitled “Tips on Improving Productivity Through Brand Reputation,” facilitated by Atty. Ser Michael Lancelot Gamboa. The session emphasized the importance of developing and maintaining a strong brand reputation to strengthen customer trust, improve workforce engagement, and support long-term business productivity and growth.
On April 16, 2026, RTWPB-MIMAROPA conducted the training “7S of Good Housekeeping,” facilitated by Louie Marilyn del Mundo. The session introduced the 7S methodology as a practical approach to creating an organized, efficient, clean, and safe workplace environment while reducing waste and promoting discipline and productivity in the workplace.
The third session, “Service Quality and Building Customer Advocacy,” was held on April 21, 2026 under the facilitation of John Christopher Gunday. The training highlighted the importance of delivering excellent service quality as a key driver of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business competitiveness.
Meanwhile, the training “Improving Productivity through Effective Cash Flow Management” was conducted on April 23, 2026 facilitated by Glenn Calinao. The session focused on financial planning, budgeting, liquidity management, and resource optimization to help enterprises strengthen financial stability and improve overall business performance.
Concluding the month-long training series on April 28, 2026 was the session entitled “Improving Productivity Through Employee Engagement,” facilitated by Renell Mayo. The training underscored the vital role of employee engagement in strengthening workplace collaboration, improving job satisfaction, and enhancing organizational productivity and performance.
Throughout the training series, participants demonstrated strong enthusiasm and active participation as they gained practical knowledge and applicable productivity strategies for their respective enterprises.
Through these initiatives under the Productivity Toolbox, RTWPB MIMAROPA continues to advance the mandate of the National Wages and Productivity Commission in promoting productivity improvement and enterprise competitiveness among MSMEs while contributing to inclusive and sustainable regional economic development.
