The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board – National Capital Region (RTWPB-NCR) received the Government Financial Management Innovators Circle’s (GFMIC) Outstanding eNGAS and eBudget System User Entity Award for the second consecutive year on 23 September 2026.

The award recognizes the Board’s timely submission of its 2025 year-end financial statements and budget reports to the Commission on Audit (COA), with no material system-related errors.

Budget Officer Designate Froi Angelique Romance and Accountant Designate Janice Anne Fronda accepted the award on behalf of the Board during the17th Annual National Convention and 2026 Membership Conference at The Luxent Hotel in Quezon City.

The award recognizes government offices that have fully adopted the enhanced electronic New Government Accounting System (eNGAS) and the electronic Budget System (eBudget), the platforms agencies use for accounting and budget reporting.
