The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board – National Capital Region (RTWPB-NCR) held a 7S of Good Housekeeping Training for Larchmont Janitorial and Admin Services personnel on 03 March 2026 at Rizal Park Hotel. The session aimed to improve workplace organization, efficiency, and safety.
Twenty-five participants attended the training in person, while additional staff joined remotely via Zoom from their respective branches, demonstrating strong engagement from both onsite and remote employees.
Ms. Luchie Atienza, Senior Labor and Employment Officer, facilitated the session and provided an overview of the principles and practical applications of the 7S of Good Housekeeping. Ms. Froi Angelique Romance, Labor and Employment Officer II, served as the secretariat.
The discussion highlighted the importance of the 7S processes – Sort, Systematize, Sweep, Standardize, Safety, Self-discipline, and Sustain. The training emphasized the need to integrate these practices into daily operations to ensure an orderly, efficient, and safe workplace.
Participants engaged in the discussion and acknowledged that some practices are not consistently followed in their workplaces. They committed to applying the 7S principles in their daily tasks, recognizing that consistent implementation will enhance discipline, improve efficiency, and create a safer, more organized working environment.
