The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board–National Capital Region (RTWPB-NCR), with the Department of Labor and Employment–National Capital Region (DOLE-NCR), conducted a session on Productive Entrepreneurship and Basic Business Planning on 20 February 2026. The activity is part of DOLE-NCR’s commitment to enhance the competencies of its DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP) implementers.

Ms. Jackilyn G. Borja, Supervising Labor and Employment Officer, and Ms. Emily Y. Egos, Administrative Assistant III, discussed the fundamentals of entrepreneurial development, productive entrepreneurship training, small business planning and management, and strategies for business sustainability and growth for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

The activity was attended by regional and field office DILP focal persons and was held at the Aloha Hotel, Roxas Blvd. Malate, Manila. (Jackilyn G. Borja)
