The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board–Negros Island Region (RTWPB-NIR) formally welcomed its newly appointed employees through an oath-taking ceremony led by RTWPB-NIR Chairperson Atty. Randolf C. Pensoy on 12 August 2026.

Taking their oaths were Ms. Raiza Phoebe K. Rubia, who assumed the position of Labor and Employment Officer III, and Mr. Bracil G. Cimafranca, who assumed the position of Information Technology Officer I.

The oath-taking ceremony marked the formal assumption of their respective positions and their commitment to fulfill the duties and responsibilities entrusted to them in service to the agency and its stakeholders.

The ceremony was witnessed by Atty. Lee Anthony Verdoguillo, Attorney IV, and members of the RTWPB-NIR staff, who extended their support and welcomed the newly appointed officials as they begin their service with the Board.
