RTWPB-V rolls out series of Productivity Trainings across Bicol in March 2026
Legazpi City, Albay – The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board-V (RTWPB-V) continues to strengthen productivity and business sustainability among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bicol region through a series of productivity trainings slated for March 2026.
The lineup of activities began with the successful conduct of the Service Quality and Building Customer Advocacy Training on March 12, 2026 in Bulan, Sorsogon. The training equipped participants with practical strategies to enhance service delivery, improve customer satisfaction, and build long-term customer loyalty, which are key elements in maintaining a competitive and customer-focused business environment.
The RTWPB-V is also set to conduct the ISTIV Bayanihan Training (Bookkeeping, Stock Control, and Pricing) on March 19, 2026 at the Municipal Hall of San Jose, Camarines Sur. The activity aims to help MSMEs strengthen their financial and operational management through proper record-keeping, inventory monitoring, and effective pricing strategies.
Another productivity development activity, Lean Management Training, is scheduled on March 26, 2026 in Polangui, Albay. The training will introduce participants to lean principles that focus on eliminating waste, improving workflow efficiency, and maximizing productivity within organizations.
Capping the month’s activities is the Inventory Management Training on March 29, 2026 in Virac, Catanduanes. The training will be conducted in partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment – Catanduanes Provincial Field Office to help local enterprises improve inventory planning, stock monitoring, and supply management.
According to RTWPB-V, these training programs are part of its ongoing efforts to promote productivity improvement and strengthen the competitiveness of Bicolano enterprises. By providing MSMEs and workers with practical tools and knowledge, the Board aims to support sustainable business growth, better workplace practices, and improved economic opportunities in the region.
RTWPB-V encourages interested MSMEs, workers, and organizations across the Bicol Region to participate in its Productivity Toolbox Trainings, which are offered free of charge as part of the government’s commitment to advancing productivity and inclusive development. (Rizza Jane Z. Deblois)
