The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board-VI (RTWPB-VI) trained 800 Administrative Officers II from the Department of Education (DepEd) Schools Division of Iloilo during a two-day seminar held on August 19 to 20, 2026 in Iloilo City.

The RTWPB-VI led four specialized training sessions on “7S of Good Housekeeping” and “Work Ethics of a Productive Worker.” The initiative was a core component of DepEd’s broader seminar on personality development, mental health and wellness, themed “Empowered Minds, Exceptional Service”.

7S of Good Housekeeping is a basic training that introduces a workplace organization method consisting of different approaches to maintain a tidy, clutter-free work area that fosters efficiency and improves productivity.

Work Ethics of a Productive Worker is a specialized training readies the jobseekers to embody different productive values and prepares them with the necessary skills and attitude to effectively blend into their potential company culture.

The collaborative training sessions aimed to achieve two primary objectives for the division’s administrative workforce:

• Workplace Optimization: Orienting participants with efficient workplace organization methods and sustainable practices to maintain tidy, clutter-free environments
• Service Quality: Instilling essential work values and productivity improvements to elevate the overall delivery of public service across Iloilo province

By equipping 800 administrative personnel with these foundational efficiency and productivity tools, DepEd and RTWPB-VI aim to foster more organized, professional, and high-performing school environments throughout the region.
